CCB is a sacred circular breathwave, where the breather finds his/her own rhythm. Through a charge of the nervous system the student is able to shift trapped emotions, or physical sensations. 

This creates expansion, openness and room for new awakenings, insights and a new life flow.

Alternatively, we can use a variety of breathing techniques tailored to your needs: Re-energize your body, Calming and stress release;  flow and transformational.

​

Your personalised session can include safe clinical debriefing or coaching to process single events, or cumulative healthcare-related trauma, as needed.
